What this page covers
This policy explains what happens to information you send through petrofabservices.com. It applies to this website only, not to correspondence, orders or contracts handled outside it.
The site has no user accounts, takes no payments and sells nothing online. Everything on it is a catalogue and an enquiry route.
Information you give us
When you send a quote request or a contact enquiry, you provide your name, company, work email, phone number and whatever you write in the message, along with any products on your quote list.
- It is used to answer your enquiry: to confirm a specification, check availability and quote a price
- It is sent to our sales inbox by email. The website itself does not keep a copy
- It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing by anyone else
Your quote list
Products you add to a quote list are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. We cannot see the list until you choose to send it with an enquiry.
Clearing your browser data, or using the Clear list button on the quote page, removes it completely.
Cookies and measurement
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you. If analytics are enabled they are used only to understand which pages are read and where visitors have trouble, in aggregate.
Your browser may store the quote list as described above. That is local storage on your own device, not a tracking cookie.
How long we keep enquiries
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the commercial relationship needs them, in the same way any business keeps its correspondence, and are deleted when they are no longer required.
Your choices
You can ask us what enquiry correspondence we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us and we will act on it.

Some pages link to manufacturer sites and to WhatsApp. Once you follow a link away from this site, the other party's own privacy terms apply and this policy no longer does.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page. Any change that affects how enquiry information is handled will be reflected here before it takes effect.
