Series Overview:
Series 69
Calibrated based on flow rate (GPM) versus seat size and set pressure, ensuring precise relief and by-pass control. Standard valves are set to maintain minimum and maximum flow rates within the specified pressure range. See capacity chart for details.
- Temperature range: -60°F (-51°C) to 406°F (208°C)
- PTFE option: Lowers temperature to -320°F (-196°C)
- Stainless steel option: Increases temperature to 425°F (218°C)
Liquid Relief Valve Model Choices
- Brass/bronze body with stainless steel springs
- Stainless steel body, disk, and springs with bronze bonnet
Wide Range
Available with an optional wider adjustable range, typically in 150 psig increments. Valves are set at mid-level pressure unless otherwise specified. Flow rates not displayed.
Usages
Ideal for liquid by-pass, regulation, continuous pressure relief, and over-protection in pumping stations, tanks, hydraulics, fluid/piping lines, oil fields, and gas lines where liquid or water relief is required.
Series 55
Compact non-code liquid water relief valves with a maximum pressure of 200 psig, ideal for low-profile applications.
