DESCRIPTION & FEATURES

  • Two-piece construction, Built to withstand severe process conditions
  • “Continuous use” seals, Backing plate prevents diaphragm rupture, maintaining pressure until instrument replacement
  • Serviceable diaphragm, Separable for maintenance with 1/8” NPT or 1/4” NPT flushing connection to remove clogging material
  • High-quality materials:
    • Standard diaphragm: AISI 316L stainless steel (welded for pressures 30 psi and above)
    • Optional Viton® diaphragm for vacuum to 100 psi applications
    • FKM recommended for applications below 10 psi
  • Industry compliance:
    • ASME B40.100 compliant
    • RoHS compliant
    • CRN registered (for all 316 SS materials)
  • 5-year warranty for reliability and peace of mind

Applications

  • Ideal for corrosive or viscous process fluids that may:
    • Clog instrument internals
    • Solidify within pressure gauges, switches, or transmitters
