Technical support
Specification assistance before you order, and support on installation, calibration and spares after delivery.
The cheapest engineering help is the kind that happens before the purchase order. Most of what gets returned, or quietly replaced a year early, was specified against the wrong constraint rather than built badly.
So the support starts at the enquiry. Choosing between two variants. Checking that a hazardous area certificate really covers your zone and your ambient range. Confirming a connection standard or a thread form. Working out whether an instrument that keeps failing is failing because of the instrument or because of the line it sits on.
After delivery it continues, on installation, on calibration and on the spares that keep the asset available. Enquiries are answered around the clock, and for anything urgent the phone or WhatsApp is faster than any form.
What this covers
- Help choosing between variants before the order is placed
- Checking a hazardous area certificate against your zone and ambient range
- Confirming connection standards, thread forms and fitting compatibility
- Support on installation and calibration
- Identifying the spares that keep an asset available
- Enquiries answered around the clock
What shapes this work
Ask before the order, not after the failure
A specification question costs a message. The same question asked after an installation costs the part, the labour and the downtime around it.
Repeat failures are usually the installation
An instrument that fails once may be unlucky. One that fails in the same way three times is being told something by the line it is on, and replacing it identically only buys a few more months.
Conditions beat part numbers
A part number says what was bought last time, which may have been wrong. Pressure, temperature, medium and area classification say what is actually needed.
Questions buyers ask about this
What is the most useful thing to send with a technical question?
The operating conditions and a photograph. Pressure, temperature, medium and area classification answer most questions, and a photograph of the nameplate or of the installation usually answers the rest.
Can you check whether a certificate covers our area?
Yes. Send the certificate or the model number together with the zone, gas group, temperature class and the ambient range on site, and we will tell you whether it covers the installation or not.
How quickly are technical questions answered?
Enquiries are answered around the clock. For anything urgent, WhatsApp or the phone reaches us faster than the enquiry form.
